Fully Resourced Therapy Rooms

Each therapy room consists of an ergonomic workstation, all the therapy games and resources that you need so ensure flexibility within your sessions and quick and easy prep!

Structured Supervision

Each therapist, regardless of experience has a scheduled 60 minute supervision team. Supervision is diarised with a clear and structured agenda

Internal Staff Learning Portal

Members only portal with staff policies and procedures, resources and internal PD

Daily Admin & Prep Time

One - three hours daily is scheduled into your daily routine to ensure that your have the time you need to prepare appropriately for your clients and keep notes

Comprehensive Induction Program

We have a comprehensive induction course to ensure that your first 100 days with Moving Mountains Therapy are full of learning and growing. This consists of in person induction, online learning and clearly outlined checklists to ensure the strongest start possible.

Fulltime Administration Support

Our supportive admin team take care of everything for you! They schedule appointments, arrange reschedules, take payments, assist with changes in your calendar, manage invoices, fees, service agreements, rebates and medicare claiming.

Career Progression

Each team member is valued and so are their career aspiration.

We’re able to provide a variety of pathways for our team, both clinical and creative. Examples include: social media co-ordinator, group facilitator & co-ordinator, clinic mentor, student educators, team leaders.

Professional Development

We are committed to investing in our team. Each team member receives a $2000 professional development allowance. Both the PD course and leave required for attendance of the course are at the company’s expense.
